In the future, I might need to take you up on that =) The bread recipe is just a laffa recipe I found online - the trick is to use walnut olive oil and add lots of spices! I just used an spice mix for olive oil and put it into the dough - rosemary, sundried tomatoes, garlic.... 7 c. flour, 3 tbs. olive oil, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 pkg. yeast, mix with 3 c. water. Add spice and seasoning til you like it! Looking forward to seeing you at the Des Lee or the SLOUP dinner in April! take care, Kim
